The hand pump when I bleed it does eject lots of diesel from around the shaft is that normal. prohaps that indicates blocked filters like you said as the pumped diesel can't get to where it should and comes out the weakest place..
Be nice if it was. Am I that lucky. . The engine starts up OK now but does rev up then slows nearly dies but then revs up again runs like that. Does that mean it's a diafram in the pump like in a fordson major.its not vacume run though so can't be any ideas.. Nice easy fix please..
