we changed the clutch in our 9540 and it was still a nightmare to get in gear, and sometimes you just cant get it in gear at high revs it must just be a 40 series problem

cheers alzet i did not realize about the secondray preheating i was just pressing the rocker switch as soon as the engine got fired up the same as normal glow plugs :-/ hopefully she will be less smoky :) and how does the engine let you no when its finished this secondray preheating ???

our zetor 11741 is very hard to start on cold mornings, when she does get fired up she is very smoky for about 10 minutes, i tried to take out the heater plugfor testing but dont Know how, it is ontop of the inlet manifold at the front of the engine with two wires going to it and thats it, no...
