I'm having trouble with my lift arms dropping and then jumping back up every 5-10s. If I'm reading right this is likely due to the safety valve seal? Is the safety valve under the top cover (under the seat)? Or is it inside the bottom plate?

For future reference the quadrant does obscure access to the brake bleed nipple on the RHS, however by undoing the three nuts on the outer quadrant piece you can move it out of the way and get access

Using a deep socket i managed to loosen the nipple, and then i can use my new brake service spanners (extra long neck) to loosen and tighen with a hose over the nipple. I tested this on the left hand side BUT! My hydraulic quadrant is right in the way on the right, how much of a big deal is it...
