I have a 10145, and really use it.

I have a problem with the micropump failing to work. This seems to happen if the tractor gets shut down with the speed multiplier in high range, and then sets for a few days. I have to get fully warmed and used quite a bit to get the micropump working again.

When the micropump is not working, I have no multipower transmission functionality, no PTO, and the hydraulic four wheel drive clutch will not engage.

Is there something simple that I should check, or is it time to crack the tractor in half and pull the micropump and do a replacement.

The tractor has less than 2500 total hours, but is worked very hard when it is used.

The micropump is quite high in the transmission just above the normal oil level check the gearbox oil level make sure it is at least up to the top mark if it still does not work correctly add more oil to give you 50mm above the top mark on the dipstick.

Thanks, I will give that a try. Is there any reason I should not just file a new oil line 50 mm above the old, and just keep the level there permanently?

That is the best thing to do if you read the operators manual extra oil may be added to the transmission when operating on steep or hilly ground

Thanks for the great information. I have always owned John Deeres, Fords, and Massey Fergusons. I got this Zetor from the local John Deere dealer twelve or fifteen years ago without any manual .

The JD dealer got it on a trade and thought it was too weird for them to get much out of, so they sold it to me for half the price of the Allied loader with which it was equipped because the cable actuator to the front wheel clutch was snapped off and they could not figure out what to do. There were no Zetor dealers in a hundred miles, so it was great luck for me! It has been a much better tractor than any of the newer John Deeres, so after I retired I have kept it and just keep it serviced and use it as a loader and field prep tractor which is the worst service you can use a tractor for.

I have reached the conclusion it cannot be really broken or worn out! Except for the goofy electrical switches, which I just tossed and replaced with heavy duty truck switches.

I have been working only from the repair manual and the parts manual without the operator's manual all these years. I am a certified Cummins, Detroit, Duetz, MB, and so on diesel mechanic, so have been able to get along without the operators manual by sorting out the other books.

What is better yet, you just solved my problem with the loader running out of oil everytime I pushed up a steep hill going forward.

Thank you very much.

By the way, this is a very good website.
