3 cyl. Engine won't just fire ?? 3511

I recently bought a 3 cylinder Zetor 3511 I was told it had stood for a few years with out been used but had started straight up with a tow.Got it home and realised it was strugling to rev fully and revs where slow to build up,Saw that no 3 head gasket was blowing so we replaced that now it just wont fire,seems to be running then as soon as you disengage startermotor it stops !!
Please help getting very frustrated with it now!

A couple of thoughts, Is the fuel getting through okay and have you got the valves set correctly bearing in mind it is a 3 cyl.
Have you tried towing it as it could be short of compression?

Try the decompression lever just above the water pump when it fires let go of the lever simple hope this helps

check your fuel filters....
