3320 that I bought new years ago & now has only 300 hours. Lately fluid is leaking from the clutch cylinder area when I push in the clutch. I am moderatly mechanicly inclined. Is this something I can fix and if so, what am I going to get into?

First check the fitting ,the hose and the bleeder for leak.
A seal kit is avalable but the cylinder assy is cheap .
If the brake fluid is dark, change the fluid .

Dont mess with repacking these cylinders, the problem is that a poor quality of liners (or liner coating) was used on a batch of cylinders that has been used for several years. These were made by PAL, (which used to make good cylinders for the old models) but to solve this, Zetor had Fragokov make them which were much better.

If you repack, you're still stuck with the poor liner.
