Have a 1999 3320 Special Edition that continues to require the slave cylinder to be bled off to operate. Is there a rebuid kit or is the answer total replacement ?? I am not getting any air when bleeding and it will operate for awhile but the more shifts the sooner it requires to be bled off. Could there be another problem in the system that I am missing ? All the other hydraulics seem to be working fine so I have not checked the fulid level.

it uses the same oil tank as the brakes.
rebuilding it is a bad option, mostly its the liner coating that causes the trouble. Full replacement is the best option, not expensive either.

Thank you for the information did not know that the reservoir for the brakes was common to the clutch, seems small to supply both? Will get a new slave cylinder for ths clutch ordered. Thanks again!!

Not leaking fluid at the slave cylinder......so you say it is more likely the master cylinder? Will have to pull the side panel to get at that correct ? and is the master cylinder a rebuildable part or is replacement the best option there also? Thanks for the additional information I guess I need to start looking for a service and repair manual .
Thanks to everyone for the help .

Hi

It's not worth trying to reseal any Zetor cylinders, it's only a temporary cure. if you have a cab fitted you get access to the m cyls through the panel below the windscreen outside the cab. I've never done one without a cab, but if the front panel is riveted on I think you can do it from the pedal end, by releasing the pedal bracket.

Thanks Mike,
No cab on this one but we under 24" of snow right now so I will get it into the barn where I can get some heat and see what I can do to get it out and replace it. The side panels on this one are bolted, so I should be able to access the master cylinder without too much grief.
