3320 quits running after one hour

I have a 3320 that shuts down after one hour. Changed fuel filter, any suggestions?
 
will it start back up after it sets for a while ? I Once had a small liner from the cap of a fuel additive floating around in the tank that would work it way over the hole in the tank and shut the tractor off. Once the suction was gone the liner would float away , the tractor would start again and run for a while.

Just a thought.
