New to the forum, Thank you to those that run and contribute to the site.
1997, 3340 runs great for about 20 minutes then goes into shut-down mode when under load or going up hill. Running at low/med rpm. If I wait 5-10 minutes it will fire back up and continues on for a few more minutes, then starts to shut down again. Changed out the fuel filter, replaced a cracked banjo fitting, and replaced the two fuel lines leading to/from the filter housing. Removed and cleaned site glass under hand primer pump.
Thoughts on where to go next?

Did you check the filter on the end of the pipes that go down to the bottom of the tank, if they get chock with dirt the tractor will stop and when the dirt flows off it might be start again. My 10641 did that one time too.

When your there then check the pipes are tight on the top, where the rubber ones go on to the steel ones as to not let air in.

Have had the same problem as many other zetor owners. My solution was new hoses from the fuel tank. Air is leaking into the system even if no fuel leaking out. I also installed an electrical lift pump and have had no problem since then. Don`t forget to replace the hoses from the injectors back to the injection pump. Can you see an airbubble in the glasbowle?
