3545 -3 point linkage lever.

Hi all
The 3 point linkage lever on my 3545 has gone slack,it still works the arms as it should but will not stay in the chosen position,has anyone else had this problem and is it easy to fix,

The friction disc tabs have broken off on the pivot shaft in the quadrant, take out cotter pin undo friction adjuster handwheel & change broken parts
