3545 injector pump

My 3545 failed to start today,I pressed the cold start button in with the throttle on full but it did not klick like it normaly does and she failed to start,I have had a look at it and I think that the throttle lever on the injector pump has detached itself from the rack and the pump is at fuel shut off,there was no smoke from the exhaust and also there is no air in the system and the filters are new,as a last resort I tried with easystart but no luck,
Has anybody had this problem and how do i fix it,

i dont think you have a severd link, hven i bougt my 4911 it had the same syntoms and it proved to be that the rack had seased due to lack of oil inn the pump, i tok of the sqare lid on the pump and fred it upp vhit a skrewdriver, changed oil inn bodt pump and govenor, things hav ben runing ever sinse

Hi all
Thanks to Bjarne for the reply,I removed the square plate on the side of the injector pump and found that the rack was stuck,after spraying it with WD40 and using a screwdriver it started to move,I oiled the rack and replaced the cover topped the oil up in the pump pressed the cold start button which clicked and she started first time, Thanks again Regards Dave.
