I have a 1989 Zetor 6245 with a Leon Loader. I just put the top of my hydraulic case back together after having new seals put in by the Dealer. I replaced the floor and started the engine to see if everything works. I have no hydraulic pressure to the 3PT hitch nor the front loader. I tried to bleed air from the highest fittings with no luck. What is the proper way to bleed the air from the system? The fluid level is fine. My levers are in their appropiate position. The system worked before I took it apart but the 3PT hitch would bleed down. I took the part off myself and took it to the dealer to have all seals replaced.

Do you mean the small pipe hanging from the top of the case? It hangs from the top cover towards the front, approximately 2.5 to 3.0 inches long. If so,yes. I believe the mechanic said it was the pressure relief valve.

No, there's a small pipe that goes between the rear axle case and the control valve with an oring on either end, it may have fallen out and dropped in the housing when you removed it. Its job is to transfer the oil to the top cover.

I guess I'll be taking it apart again. I never seen it. It must have fallen when I lifted the top case off. I still have to take the bottom apart to drain the fluid and clean the filter. Is it possible to reattach the pipe from underneathe. Thank you very much for your help . It is appreciated.

Unfortunately no, there is no way, it is held in place by the top cover, when you find it, be sure to refit with new orings fitted. There is also one on the bottom plate, that serves the same purpose. Good luck!
