FIRST OFF THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT GUYS IN OTHER THREADS, VERY HELPFUL TO A NEW ZETOR GUY . AS I AM CURRENTLY SPENDING THE LITTLE $ $ I HAVE TRYING TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING (1986 5211) , I DONT HAVE ENOUGH YET FOR PROPER SERVICE OR OWNERS MANUALS AND CANT QUITE FIND THE ANSWERS IN THE FORUM SEARCH (WHICH IS REAL NICE BY THE WAY)
I NEED TO GET IT GOING FOR THE FLAIL MOWER FOR MY CALIFORNIA FIRE/ BRUSH CLEARANCE : (
GENERAL QUESTIONS, ANYONE CHIME IN PLEASE
1: DOES A 5211 ACTUALLY HAVE INTERNAL POWER STEERING? I SEE NO RAM..
2: DOES A 5211 HAVE A 1000 RPM PTO SETTING
2.5: IVE GOT THE COMPRESSOR (HAD NEVER BEEN USED) DID THESE EVER HAVE A TANK ?, CAN IT RUN WITH NO HOSE CONNECTED?..
3: COOLANT SEEPING FROM BETWEEN ALL 3 HEADS IN BOTH THE "GAPS"..RETORQUE OR BAD GASKETS? TORQUE SETTING 150?
3.5: ALSO MOTOR STARTS "FINALLY" , FRONT AND REAR CYL HIT STRONG BUT MIDDLE CYL SEEMS DEAD OR WEAK WITH LOADS OF BLOW BY OUT THE BREATHER..
3.75: COULD ABOVE BE STICKY RINGS / HOLE IN PISTON? (TRACTOR HAS ONLY 500-700 HOURS MAY HAVE BEEN OVERHEATED - PRIOR OWNER)
4: HOW MANY GPM AND AT WHAT PRESSURE DOES THE INTERNAL "MASTER PUMP" PROVIDE..ARE THEIR TAPS ON THE BLOCK FOR IT..
5: IF IM NOT USING THE REAR LIFT CAN ALL THE PUMP PRESSURE BE DIVERTED TO A FRONT LOADER? .. CURRENTLY HAVE PUMP COUPLED TO PTO OUT "TOO SLOW" AND WANT TO USE PTO OUT SHAFT FOR FLAIL MOWER..THANKS
6: WHAT THE HECK IS THE GEAR SHIFT PATTERN ON THE TRANS....SORRY IF THAT SOUNDS STUPID BUT IVE ONLY MOVED IT FORWARD A FOOT.
