First post here...never heard of Zetor until yesterday !!!!
Neighbor farmer drug over a very neglected 5213 that he got from a sale somewhere's.....
1) I can not seem to locate an operator's manual for the 5213...everything else but a 5213.
2) The controls are not labled nor make sense to me when compared to Farmall or JD.
The frontend loader is no problem as it is external.....but what on earth are all these levers!?!?!?
a) The lever on the extreme left of the shifting platform is the PTO clutch lock-out (as learned form reading the archives).
b) The lever on the extreme right of the shifting platform is parking brake.
c) The short lever just to the left of center of the shifting platform is the PTO engagement.
d)The short lever just to the right of center of the shifting platform is the Hi-Lo gear selector.
NOW the confusion........
1) Beneath the seat is a short, un-marked, horizontal lever...function???
2) Just forward of the lift control arm (mounted on the right fender) is a simiar arm in shape and size...function????
3) At the base of the two aforementioned levers is a very short lever mounted to the same valve casing center.....function???
4) I have located the fuel filter, oil filter, P.S. filter and two magnetic hydraulic oil strainers (one under the seat and the other under the tractor just forward of the right lift arm)...but where is the main hydraulic filter ??????
5) Outboard of and beneath the left side operator's platform, and mounted inboard of the clutch pedal hinge pin is a short, threaded shaft mounted to a bellcrank that I can not figger where it goes nor what it does!!!! Any clues.
6) Just aft of the foot throttle on the right operator's platform is a heal pedal......function???
I certainly appreciate any assistance, especially locating an Operator's Manual....and any clues to the above.
On the positive side, the engine now pulls strong, sips diesel, starts easy and appears to be well built (especially after hours of pressure washing and at least a bale of rags!!!)
Sorry for all the questions but I gotta start somewhere...
