5245 Hydralic fuild capacity

The hydralics on my 5245 are a bit sluggish. After viewing several postings here, I have decided to remove and clean the magnetic debris plug. I may even drain the hydralic fluid to let it settle or just replace the fluid if that seemes necessary. Does anyone know how much hydralic fluid a 1990 5245 holds and how much of the fluid will drain out as I remove the magnetic plug? Will it be as much as when the drain plug is removed? If so, how large of a container should I have ready to collect the hydralic fluid and how many litres/gallons of fluid should I purchase for refill. Additionally, is there a preferred type of fluid used in the US?

A second issue I noticed is that the 3 cylinder misses when the throttle is opened all the way up. The engine acts like it isn't burning all the fuel . It doesn't miss quite as bad once it has warmed up. Aside from warming the engine, is there something I can to do lessen how bad it is missing when under full throttle? Thanks
