5340 oil change question

Going to do 1st oil change tomorrow on 1998 5340 with 7201 engine and wondering what the oil capacity is and the best oil to run. Using it in the bush and very cold here in Ottawa.

ca 11 liters put in11 iter start up so filter will fill u. then stop and check Level top up if needed. i would us a 10w30 oil in the Cold because its thinner and will allow for better startng and lubricating inthe Cold. Similar conditions to those we have here in norway.
