How similar are the 5745 and 6745 for fitment of panels and running gear.
 
How similar are the 5745 and 6745 for fitment of panels and running gear.( I am looking at to by panels from a 6745 to fit to a 5745)

exactly the same, only the 57 has less displacement in the same block, and the GMC deuce-and-a-half truck front axle from WW2 army surplus, where the 67 has the Zetor heavy duty planetary end reduction axle
