I have a 2003 6341. Both brakes leak in cold weather, to the point all fluid is gone. I had a similiar problem with the clutch, which the company repaired under warranty. The problem only happens in cold weather. Does anyone have the same problem, and what have you done to correct it.

Hi, I can't really see what effect the cold weather is having, unless the seals are going hard or some condensation is freezing in the cylinders. It's not a common problem in the UK so assuming it's the wheel cylinders leaking, re-seal them if you have the old Knott type or, if they are the newer small cylinder type, replace the cylinders.

Well the company sent me two new brake cylinders. Now the clutch master cylinder went out again. We had minus 8 F at the farm in south west Ohio, USA. Talked to Petr at Zetor NA, he said they had not had a problem with brake and clutch cylinders in cold weather. I know I have, and when I read this forum, I find that a lot of other owners of the smaller tractors have had similiar problems. The brake cylinders were no charge, but the clutch was $117.00US. I guess if it solves the problem it is money well spent. The clutch and brake situation are the only real problems that I have had with the tractor, but when you go out to work, you like to know that it will be ready to go. Went out this morning at 0 F and fired my old JD 2630 from cold iron. I t had not been started in a month. But the cows were hungry.
