6341 fuel filter help

Ok I have had the tractor for four day's now really like it so far, got the filters today and changed the oil but got stumped on the fuel filter. It seems to require a unique wrench to loosen the top bolt, nothing I have will get to it.

Any help would be appreciated.


 
Thanks, seems a little tight for that but I'll try it.
