6341 power steering

there is a knocking when I turn the steering wheel. Fluid level is ok. What should I look for to determine problem?

Has your tractor got an orbital unit under the steering wheel or a steering box on the floor? because if it's an orbital unit it can wear and get notchy, if yours is a steering box, there could be a bearing gone in it.
