6718 hand throttle problem

The Hand throttle on our trusty (rusty) 6718 appears to have become disconnected somehow All apears ok at the block so the problem looks like its behind the dash on the steering column. Any ideas people? All help greatly appreciated as its parked in the way of the wife's horses!!!

The foot throttle might still work to get it moved, good luck

In behind the dash the hand throttle pulls a cable that goes around a pulley to connect to the foot throttle linkage, I expect this cable has broken or come off the pulley.
