Can this wear be all the problem?
I can just weld it if this it all

Hi
If thats all the problem is hard to say but you do noting wrong by welding and grinding it back to a straight line agen. Is it so that you becomes stuck in one gear or several at one time.

I do belive its get stuck an then they have to take of the gear leveler, it is happing so often so they drive whit no floor in the cab.
There are a kit to buy from Zetor that fix this, does anybody here tryed it?

Yes, we had one on a 6945. consists of a new shift arm on the end of the gearstick with a sprung pin on the end instead of a solid pin. Some people cut out a "gate" from thin 22g steel to bolt under the gearstick mount.
