I cannot completely unclutch. It is difficult too get into gear (gears grine) or out of gear (tractor wants to continue moving.
The little "thimbles" that the clutch levers pivot on were replace a few years ago and should not be worn yet.
Pumping the clutch pedal helps.
I've checked the play on the 3 travel clutch levers and have found no play.
I'm not sure about the adjustment of the "little brake draw bar" but I'm not sure that is the problem since I can't easily get out of gear.
I've bled at the slave cylinder, that seems fine?
Is it possible something is wrong in the master and/or slave cylinder that I'm not getting enough movement? How could I check this.

try to look behind the "condom" (dust boot) around the master cylinders. It usually is full of brake fluid when those symptoms occur, and it means that your master cylinder is leaking.

Have you tried bleeding air out of it first ?

I'm new to site and sent last post before I finished typing..

I've bled at the slave cylinder; how do you bleed at the master cylinder.

more info:

bleeding at the slave cly. doesn't show and air coming out and doesn't bring up the pedal.

How do I determine whether or not the rubbers in the master and/or slave cylinders are bad?

Hi,

Does the pedal feel "slack" for the first part of it's travel or is it the same all the way down ? If it goes easy for the first part of travel it could be the master cylinder. If there's plenty of pressure on the pedal double check the top hats (buttress caps) as they do break regularly if you haven't upgraded them to the heavy duty ones. Does the clutch slip?

Mike
