7341 question

I test drove a 7341 recently. Overall I liked it vey much. However I had a lot of trouble with the hi/lo transmission lever. Sometimes I could shift it OK, other times it would not move. Is this typical? If it is typical, does it break itself in, and move easier with time?

Was the tractor in 4WD? If it was the locking of the Hi/Lo lever is due to the transmission "Winding up". To free the lever just reverse the tractor 3 to 6 Metres & try again
