Hi I have 7745 turbo with an oil leak from the exhaust port 1 & 4, there is no blow out at the dipstick but some blow from the breather pipe, it is using some oil. It still has plenty of power to pull a 6 tonne load or 8 foot mower.. Would it be enough to rebuild the 2 leaking head pots or would it need liners and pistons

Unburnt oil in the exhaust means the exhaust valve guides leak a little. If pistons leaked oil to the top it would burn blue.
