Hi all,

Trying to fix the previous owners wiring they did to my 7745.... Just replaced the turn signal switch as it was completely cut up and bypassed. Now everything went well, it was all plug and play however my turn signals... According to my wiring diagram it shows the blue and yellow wire both going to the turn signal indicator. When I do this nothing works. It is a standard bulb in a socket that requires a power and ground in order for it to illuminate(flash) when I hook up either the blue or yellow wire on its own with a ground, the corresponding side will flash as it should. Signals work and dash indicator flashes too. But only one side at a time depending on which wire is hook up.. Anyone have any ideas? I was thinking maybe someone put the wrong socket in there? Or maybe the right socket has a place for two power wires and the one ground?

Is it possible that anyone has a similar set up and could take a picture of the back of the dash in the turn signal area so I can compare it to mine?

Thanks so much. My wiring diagram on shows so much and who knows what someone else may have done. I am licensed mechanic so I'm no stranger to wiring.
