8011 Steering Problem

I have a 1983 8011 Zetor Crystal. The problem I have is that the power assisted steering is heavey. To fix the problem I have installed a new hydraulic steering pump, dismatled the the steering unit and relplaced all the seals and renewed the the flexible joints on the steering shaft. I also checked the release valve and the oil pressure. After completing all of the above the steering shows little sign of improvement. Can anyone give me advice on how to fix it?

What type of oil do you use ??

A universal 10w/30 is too thick, and is a known cause of heavy steering. Use an ATF oil or similar.
