8011 with diesel in the engine oil

Hello I have an 8045 crystal that appears to be over fuelling, black smoke from the exhaust and diesel in the engine oil . I have noticed that when you disconnect a spill pipe there is a constant flow of diesel out of it, this is when the engine is not running, when the fuel tap is isolated the flow stops. Is this normal if not can anyone advise me on what the problem might be.
