:(Hi I have a Zetor 8111 and have a problem with the hydraulic lift. I have being moving round bales of silage and after about 45 minutes in use the lift or the spool valves wont work . when rested for a while it will do about the same amount of work and then stops again. I have changed the filters. could anybody help ?

Had a problem like that with JD 2630. Baling hay in 100 degree F heat. Hyd would quit then come back later. I cleaned the hyd oil cooler and it was fine. You might check oil level also.

Hi
Temperatur is the colpret.
Is your oil old? If there is a lot of watercondens in it it vil boil and sinse the steam can be compresed you loose hyd presure. Is your pump worn? Then it simpli wont pump the oil when it is thined by heat.

Probably a worn pump. this is the left hand pump in the clutch housing and can be changed easily through the inspection cover that has the hyd pump gear shift lever.
