Air Compressor Zetor 5211

Have new to me 5211 everything going well except I can`t inflate the tyres using on board compressor. My user handbook shows two levers which I assume have to be used to engage the compressor I have played with them and only achieved slight movement of the r/h lever (the larger) but no air is available. I have attached the inflation tube at the Butterfly nut positition.
Can anyone help?>

You have to lift up the lever on the left and slide the lever on the right with the knurled handle into the pump, that is to the left. This should be done with the engine running very slowly. You will hear if the pump is working. The lever on the right is prone to rusting solid if not used much. If it is , soak with penetrating oil and very gently tap it until it moves.
If the pump is working it should fill the air tank to 6.5 bar before stopping pumping.This air can't be used for tyre inflating. The inflator only works if screwed tightly onto the valve on the regulator near the pump with the engine running.

Just to add to Dave's spot on info, you may need to let a little air out of the tank, via the drain tap, to get the compressor to start pumping after cutting out.
