Any suggestions on repair or replace if so where

There is a zetor 4718 in my uncles shed and i was looking for advice on repair or replace certain parts i have access to a welder etc. links to vids and pics

Check water and oil. Give it fresh diesel Then try to start it

I already gave her a crank. she is quite ceased but she just about will turn. I am going to get her out of there and tow her behind my uncles tractor and bump start it. What do you think about the condition of the rear left wing

Tractor looks fine. if engine, clutch or brakes aint seized your in business. let us all know how it goes...

The clutch is grand the pedal has full travel and feels ok. The breaks are seized solid. The hand break is stuck up and right pedal has no presser and left is stiff and the reservoir is almost empty. But the front wheels just need new paint and tyres. i will not be doing any work to it until summer. I have my JCs to do. But right now i am doing up a to do list of things to get and where to get them and getting a rough idea of what is to come.
