Assister ram 6211

I have fitted a new Assister ram to my 6211 a few months ago. However it now seems to not retract fully and leaves the arms slightly high.it is retracting 4/5 of the way. What can I do to solve this?thanks in advance!!
 
Is it the correct one for a 6211 (UR1) or a Crystal (UR2) type you have fitted as they look similar
 
Im pretty sure its d ur1 one ive used!it woz workin properly up til about a month ago!?
