question brake without function - Zetor 5011

hello guys, i have a zetor 5011 and i have a problem with the brakes, when I press the pedal I have no brakes, only after
I press repeatedly about 4 times I have brakes. which can be the problem? and can you tell me a zetor parts store with decent prices?

Hi,
Check the brake fluid level and bleed the brakes.
