Hello. I am 43 years old and all my lofe we had zetors. My constant problem was the brakes. Does anyone converted from dry brakes to wet ones or disc? I've seen indian tractors being converted
I think its not possible without changing the complete gear box with differential gear box to one from a Zetor 3321 Super up to 7341 Super Turbo. The housing has some differences - you can not put the wet brakes in the housing from dry disc brakes or dry drum brakes.
But when you mean you have seen it - so post some video links and we can take a look at.
This looks like a Zetor licensed build (HMT), with many different solutions (just the 180° rotated cylinder heads). Who knows what else was different from the factory, and apparently, the tractor underwent extensive modifications. Respect for the work – but it won't be available as an original solution or conversion kit suitable for Zetor.
Furthermore, the question would be whether the tractor won't lose its registration after the conversion, since the braking system is a safety-relevant component.
Nevertheless – very interesting video from the guys from India.
