Breaks on Zetor 5718

I've been asking questions about my Z 5718 on this formidable forum for some time now and here comes an other one.
The break on the right back wheel makes a "metal to metal" screeching noice and then the wheel comes to a complete stop whenever I use the breaks. What could be the problem? Is it hard to fix myself? How do i fix it?

You have answered your own question!

The disc pads have worn down to the metal - that's what your metal to metal noise is.

i have a 4718 in good conditions.
I had no manuals about it.
Have you a manual for your 5718?
My one is build in 77.
Can you help me with a copy?
