All,

I have an opportunity to buy an 8045 with a front loader in supposedly a very good condition (my colleague saw it, I will see it next Saturday) for 8'560 USD / 6'430 EUR / 4'330 GBP.

Does it look like a good deal to you? What to have look at when buying an 8045, what are the critical components? What is your experience with this tractor? What alternatives would you recommend/prefer (Zetor only)?

I need it for snow plowing in the mountains, mowing meadows, bringing some wood, transporting stones and other materials for building a small farm etc.

Thanks!

sounds like a fair price for a 8045 in good condition, and the loader is an extra bonus.
There are no common weak points of these tractors. Just check common things you can find on loader tractors, how good is the clutch, how good is the oil pump.
