question Check oil level in gear box easy.(UR 2)

When I upgraded the gear box to 35 kph by changing some gear-wheel, I had to cut off the oil-dipstick sinse it touched a gear-wheel.
This made it impossible to check the oil-level. So I got a level-glass and mounted it on the right side-lid of the gear-box, but first had
to mill the lid to make the surface smooth.

I have an 8111 with fast box, it has a full dipstick in the gearbox. How come mine is ok?
