clutch slave cylinder problem

I have a Zetor 16245, probably early 80's tractor. Problem is after a couple hours of use, I lose all pressure in the clutch. I add fluid and bleed the line. Works for a couple hours then same thing again. How do I change the clutch slave cylinder? Does not look like the master cylinder is leaking. It is dripping fluid from directly below the flywheel. Is there access without taking the whole tractor in half? I know a little about working on the tractor just no experience with this.

Any help would be appreciated.
