Draining coolant on 3320?

Does anyone know where the drain spigot is on the radiator and the block on a 3320 diesel? Thanks for your help
 
on the radiator: lower left corner.
block: Halfway in the length, right hand side, under the side cover which has the oil fill tube onto it.
