Front Hydraulic Lift Problems

I have a Zetor 3320 with a Zetor 100 front hydraulic lift system, typically lifting hay in the winter and dirt during the summer. The lift capacity has gotten lower and lower, and now it seems to struggle to raise the lift under no load. What's odd is when I tilt the forks/bucket up or down, it seems to have adequate power, but when the arms are raised up, no power. A neighbor suggested I had air in the lines/cylinders, so I bleed them without any positive results. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi Kevin,
It sounds like you are short of hydraulic pressure, probably due to the pump or relief valve worn. The reason the bucket tilt works well is because you have 2 rams operating with a good leverage, so less effort is necessary to work it.

Regards

Mike
