I like to know if anyone has had fuel in oil, I have a 7245, it will run and stop, it will start again, but I get fuel in the oil and it gets some air from somewhere, the only place I can see it could come from is from the lifting pump into the injection pump, any ideas
sounds like thats what your problem is .. plunger will be worn also could be sucking air back in but think it more likely to be a flexi pipe that has ain't tight ..check to see if the return pipe off injection pump is clear as well before swapping lift pumps ..i had one the rubber pipe had gone weird inside and blocked return fuel from getting back to tank which filled the little sump of the injection pump with fuel ..but that was a 7045 ...where you had to check the oil level in the pump separately
