How do I engage 4x4 on 1982 Zetor 5245 tractor

Can anyone help me figure out how to put my 1982 5245 into 4x4? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look under the tractor, to the slot the lever moves in. It will tell you how to twist, then push that lever.
