I gotta seperate my tractor, and to do so I gotta dissconnect the ac lines, and recover the refigerant.thanks in advance for your help

Hi, the refrigerant has to be collected by an air con engineer with the correct gear. Normally there will be enough spare pipe to split the tractor far enough to do most jobs. You sometimes have to unbolt the compressor, air-con radiator or the filter to get enough slack. Most tractors have self sealing couplings so you can undo the pipes but my experience of these is don't touch them !!

All I have ever done Is unbolt the compressor and stuff And fold it back over the tractor complete with pipes atached (It was a van actually) You can do the same with power steering and stuff (On a van) Never done it on a tractor though but i think its the same thing:-x
