How do you determine year of mfg of 5211

I just bought this 5211 and would like to know the year of mfg. I'm a newbie and havent found a listing of year models by serial number. Serial number is 039253. Could someone steer me in the right direction. Sincere thanks for any help you can give.

hi i dont know how to determine it by serialnumber, but i might just be able to help you. look at the cabin underneath te back window or somplace else but on the cabin somwhere there should be a little metal sign with the words ROK VYROBY followd by a the nubers of a year ex 1984 . ROK VYROBY 1984 as it says on my 6245. ROK VYROBY means mngf year in czheck language. hope this helps.

Problem is that the year your 5211 was manufactured is likely not the same year is was sold for the first time. There can be 1 or more year between that. In the comminist time they didn't produce for the market. But they cept the plant going. Other people where responceble for the sales
