i bought a new slave but still needs bleeding some times it last a day some time a month some times only a few times of engageing i also have no brakes at pedal but i have emergency
brakes i was woundering if it could be the master and how do i get in there to replace do i need to disconnect the brake pedal
and replace that way .some times the the resavoir stays full and some time it goes down any idears please help my farther is scared to run this tractor because it stays in gear and can not be stop when the slave needs to be bleed

Hi

The clutch problem will be the master cylinder. Get to it through the panel on the front of the cab.

Brakes could be a leaking master cyl, wheel cyl or balance valve if you're losing fluid. I'd try bleeding them first and see how quick the fluid level drops afterwards. The bleed screws are in the hole in top of the axle where the pipe goes into the axle. (They're 9mm).

thanks again mike i'll try that and see if it solves the problem
it's a great tractor just this clutch and brake problem
mike do you know anything about the three point hitch on this zetor i was useing a grader attachment and it was working fine for about one hour or so then i made another pass and when i went to pick it up it wouldn't budge the control lever seems to
be loose not like it was prior everything seems to still be attached from what i can see the cab blocks alot of the veiw
under their when i shut it off i went out about 5 hours later
and pulled the lever up and it started to raise then stop
there is a little lever on my zetor has a marking D-M-P
WHAT DOES THIS LEVER DO AND WHERE SHOULD IT BE WHEN USEING 3 POINT HITCH IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEARS I WOULD APPRECIATE IT THANK YOU AGAIN

Hi

It's difficult to know whether the lever has become disconnected in some way or whether you have a sticking valve ? Try the spool valve lever to check the pump is working. You should hear the engine labour if it's ok. If you have a sticking valve, try moving the linkage lever up and down and operating the spool lever at the same time to try to free it.
P is for position control. This means if you're setting your blade height, this is the one to use.
D is for draft control for work such as heavy ploughing, ie work in the ground.
M is a mixture of P and D for light cultivating work.
