Have a couple Questions that i hope can be answered?

I have a Zetor 4320 that had the motor rebuilt about 20hours ago then the hydraulics quit so i received it to fix,got it fixed was really easy, when i started it up to check out the work I done it worked perfectly(hydraulics)but there was alot of oil coming out of the blow by tube and i do say alot probably a quart in less than 5 min of running (at idle) no smoke from the exhaust just a little black if you throttled it heavy!.2 it wouldnt start back after i shut it
down.3 when you pull the dipstick it shoots oil out about 3 foot!.
being my first zetor and not knowing them (even thou when i buy a new tractor im really going to look at a zetor, very simple tractor) my first instinct is rings but.........
A buddy that worked on alot of duetz's, he says there comparable told me something about a pressure valve????
anybody with any input will be greatly appreciated..

That is a bad rebuilt then...

I dont know, i have never heard of this problem before. I guess the blow by is not just due to some piston rings that have to settle..
