More power in a 6748

I need to give my 6748 some more fuel . When it starts with coldstart it stops if I dont keep the trottle at full for some sec. I don't think the engine likes that when it's cold. But I don't find the "happy-screw" Ive read about here.

 
It's getting colder now. Anyone who can tell me how to get just a little black smoke from my 6748? I tried to remove tha backpart of the pump, but that wasn't very easy.
 
You need to take off the rear hatch of the pump. I'm not sure if its the upper or the 2nd from above screw, and if the old pump internally is the same as the 5245 pump. I never adjusted the 7 series, they all pulled great.

If you really want more power, change the heads for those of a 9 series or newer, they had a bigger intake valve.
 
Hi if you have problem with less diesel, you can give it more if want ....on front side of fuel pump is cold start key...there are three 24mm
screws if you see ...you must allow middle screww an rotate key for cold start ass allow out for 1/3 - 1/2 wheel ....this step give you more power

24mm screws?thats almost an inch
 
Zetors from 2011 to 6945 have old type of injector pump( with cold start key) but from zetors 5211,7011,7211 and high .....this types have new type of pump small with automatic cold start :cool:

Today I had my first testdrive. I think it starts a little easier. It started withoud coldstart in 10C. But the power was a dream. Where I had to use 3. gear before it went easily on 4. now.
