Need Help Zetor 7211 1989

Hi ,i have a Zetor 7211 1989 .today when i was blowing the snow,everything was Ok then sudenly the top of the blower stop moving right to left and left to right ,but all the other position works good (up and down) and the front loader works good too.Please if somebody have an idea what is the problem please contact me as soon as possible at kassisfadi@hotmail.com

I don want to be a smartass, but have you chect the hosecouplings.

maybe the saftey pin has broken I pop one now and again when the shoot gets frozen to the base.
