:)Hi this issue was resolved it was the rear towing bar making a sound as though a bearing was going. The bar was resonating at the rear and sounding through the gearbox to the rear PTO. After a lot of head scratching by the exsperts from the main Zetor dealer a pair of plyers pushed up against the rear bearing pin resulted in the noise ceasing. Real relief I thought the thrust bearing had gone. Dave

OK, There's no explanation in the post of what sort of a noise you have, or what conditions make it occur.??? Perhaps we could help if we knew a little more.
I am working on a 7245 right now that will engage and spin the shaft with no load, but it zips by the splines under any load at all. I got it opened up, and working through my dealer, and with some help from Peter on the phone today, I think I have this one figured out. :)-)
