oil leak 5340 front axle

I have an oil leak at the front hub of my 5440 4WD( Gear oil from the front axle). Is there an oils seal in there and is it a straightforward job to fix it ? Any help appreciated thanks

Hi

There are 3 possible seals which could be leaking, 2 on the half shaft and one on the main hub. Depending on which seal is leaking and which axle you have on the tractor defines how easy or hard it is to repair. If you have a Carraro axle, the job is easy. If it's the Zetor axle it's not so easy. You can tell the difference from the outside, in centre of the wheel. Does it have a hub cap with 3 screws holding it on ? If yes then it's the Zetor axle.

It is a carraro axle so I'll have a go. Do you know any one stocking these seal ?
